I am looking for manga/anime with a strong female lead. Also any manga/anime where they are not in high school, it seems like all I come across are the ones where they are in high school or high school age. Any recomendations?

Not all of these have strong female leads, but strong female supporting characters instead (or both).

Tokyo Crazy Paradise

Oresama Teacher
Samurai High School

Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn -Bande Dessinee- (really, any Gundam manga adaptation has at least one strong female character)
