I totally agree that Assassination Classroom needs an anime!!! But there's definitely not enough material to make one yet. T_T
I really hoping that Gintama will be able to come back soon too. I don't read the manga so I've been patiently waiting for the anime to restart..

Thank you for posting the Weekly ToC!! It's really interesting to see the rankings every week ^^

It really depends on your personal taste. Do you like comedy/gag manga? If so I'd say give it a shot. For me personally, AC is one of the few series that I really liked with no official English release that made me want to buy the Japanese volumes. I just want to support it, and since I honestly don't see it getting licensed, I said to hell with it, I'll buy it in Japanese

I really liked it as well!! If you don't mind the art not being amazing, the story is actually really interesting and refreshing! The manga usually ranks within the top 5 WSJ manga!

I'm excited to read Stealth Symphony now. I've heard some good impressions from those that can read Japanese. So it turns out my prediction was right, the boy with the mask is the main character. They were showing the orange haired girl a lot for the preview of this manga, so I was wondering if the boy or girl would be the protagonist.

I already read Illegal Rare. Can't say I enjoyed it. I was kinda disappointed to find out that the main character is a vampire. I'm so sick of vampire's, that it's not exciting to hear that a vampire is going to be the star of the show. At least it seems to have an interesting plot. It's probably going to end up as a hunting manga, where the protagonist just saves different creatures while hunting down collectors.

Not sure how it'll be on the Jump rankings? My prediction, it won't last long.

You live in the US right? You can access English Shonen Jump, so you can read Stealth Symphony there, like me and many others. My main gripe about the first chapter is that it didn't do a good job of telling us what the main objective of the series is. Usually, I like first chapters that tell us what the main goal is going to be. In One Piece, Luffy already stated he wants to become King of the Pirates. Naruto stated he wants to become Hokage. Toriko wants to find God and complete his Full Course menu. Assassination Classroom, the students want to kill Koro-sensei and "save the earth", etc. It was an enjoyable chapter and IMO it did a good job of introducing main elements, but it left me wondering where is this going to lead us.

How could this happen to Iron Knight it looked so promising. I know it sounds terrible but I've been sort of rooting against some of the new series so that Iron Knight can stay a little while longer. not all of them mind you but only the ones that look like they have no promise, like iShojo.

I´ve noticed that lately bleach is always at the bottom of the ranks, does that mean that it can be in danger to be ended soon??, or not beacause of its hierarchy and/or because its it final arc (even if it may last years to finish).

Here's my personal thoughts on Bleach's condition http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-809337/weekly-shonen-jump-rankings?pg=9#45365541

Nah, they won't cancel it, but definitely people don't really care anymore. It was in the Big3 for years, so they'll let it finish out, and it still sells more volumes than Toriko even. But ratings wise, it never recovered from the 50% plummet it took after the Aizen arc ended.

IMHO it was always a distant 3rd. Weakest art, main character development, and story of the Big3.

And the other earlier poster reminds me:
I should catch up on iShoujo. Still on Chapter2 of that, and curious as to where the story is going to go after what happened in Ch2. As it kinda squashed what I considered the obvious set of events that would happen. Or rather, hugely moved up a major plot twist.

Read through Chapter 4 of iShoujo now. I dunno now... This really doesn't seem like the kind of series suited to Weekly Jump. Episodic love stories with a love app as the gimmick? Disappointed that the first arc with Tetta and Ginko was just 3 chapters, and now we're moving onto a new pair...

I agree with this EXCEPT for the weakest art. Honestly considering the fact that it is a weekly shonen magazine, Kubo has some of the better artwork of most series in SJ. Mostly just because his proportions/perspective are pretty close to spot on, but also because he knows how to control his lines and make it pleasing to the eye (a lot of manga artists DRAW well, but when they ink they can't divide their images by line width).
