I started off watching Taiwanese drama a long time ago then moved on to Korean drama when winter sonata debuted. lol (wow that was ages ago! )

Then I sort of jumped between Jdrama and Kdrama. I like both of them, but I prefer J-drama ones when they make a live action from a manga. Like Hana yori dango they have all three versions from taiwanese, korean and japanese. And I agree that the korean actors were much better at acting, but somehow I still preferred the Japanese version.

Although overall, I think I still watch a lot more KDramas compared to Jdrama.

I don't know. I lose count. Usually, I watch more of K- dramas than any other dramas. Seems to be the actors/actresses, plot, variety and such that intrigues me. Though, several J- dramas are quite good.

More kdramas then jdramas but that is mostly because I happen to run into more of them. I dont really have a preference, they both have their good qualities. C:

I've definitely watched more J-dramas for the sole reason that they are mostly 8-12 episodes long. There's also a fair share of K-dramas but although they have more attractive actors in general I always return to J-dramas since about half way through a K-drama I lose interest since it gets ridiculously over dramatic. I also lean more towards mystery/comedy which is quite a big chunk of J-dramas. I like watching Taiwanese dramas too compared to their mainland counterparts but the length of them all deters me from watching more. The only time I can deal with something that's between 40-70 episodes is anime.

Korean dramas, They are definitely my favorite

I started off watching Korean dramas (I believe My girl korean version was my first one) then moved to Japanese dramas but realized that Japanese romance dramas tend to have more sad endings or not so happy ending so I went back to Korean dramas and also tried watching Taiwanese dramas but Taiwanese dramas tend to be annoying and sometimes get boring... So now 4 years later I'm back to Japanese dramas...

In my opinion Japanese actors are more attractive face wise but korean actors are more attractive body wise *-*
I'm just glad i have a variety to choose from once again.

I agree i hate watching dramas that are over 20 episodes... One of the main reasons I can't watch my race's dramas they are tooo long and mexican dramas have too much crying, rape, crying, divorce, getting together then separating then again together then once again separating over a misunderstanding then once again then boom someone comes in and separates them.... ahhhh its WAY too much drama and way too many crying scenes. I like short dramas with happy endings.

A few years ago I would've said J-Dramas, hands down. Over the years I've watched a lot more K-Dramas though, so it may be about even now. I've only watched a handful of Taiwanese and dramas apart from J-Dramas and K-Dramas.

I've been watching more J-dramas over the years.

I think that the K-dramas have oversaturated the market, so to speak. I dunno, I haven't been able to find very many K-dramas that I like. Perhaps I'm just picking bad ones.

The dramas I watch the most are J-dramas and Taiwan dramas.
