Yeah, I was quite disappointed since it was right before one of the coolest arc

Ao no Exorcist. There was too much filler, and the ending barely concluded anything, way too open to a second season. To be fair, there were only 16 or so chapters out when the anime was announced, so they didn't have much to work with.
Still a pretty poor adaptation, though.
I hope they pull a Brotherhood and do a remake when the manga is completed.

Also, not a manga, but a visual novel: Togainu no Chi.
... Where to begin with this one?
The awful animation (you know you've screwed up when the very first DVD is delayed), the way they tried to cram aspects of every route into twelve episodes and the way it was so rushed as a result, the generally poor writing, among other things.
There were a couple of minor plot holes, too.

I will give it credit for making me laugh with this scene, though.
Mostly because Rin reminds me of a friend so much, there.

Gakuen Alice.
It started off the same, and was really great, but then they just through in that ending. It doesn't even make sense. It leaves behind so many questions. They never talk about Mikan's parents at all, pretty much destroying the reason *SPOILERS* AND I MEAN IT STOP READING IF YOU AREN'T UP TO DATE *SPOILERS* why Natsume died. And the art style was just completely butchered. In the manga, everything was very detailed and beautiful. The shading was amazing. And then they make a crap anime like that.

FullMetal Alchemist.
It could go either way. For them to make a second series, they must have had made a lot of money off the first series. In my own opinion, the second series is better because it has a happier ending. But the first series shows more of how the brothers stuck together, even after Al became the philosopher's stone, when in the second series they split because Al needed to inform Winry and others about Central being in control of Briggs.

D.N.Angel
The manga ended weirdly, and I still don't understand it. But at least it wasn't complete crap like the anime. That's all I have to say. (Oh and it's off topic but D.N.Angel had the worst dub series I had ever seen)

For the person that says reborn needs a redo - the manga needs a proper ending to (to rushed), so a re do on both the manga/anime would be good.

I agree with Pandora Hearts ruined because of the sudden plot turn from the manga. It was great then they had to fuck it up. And yeah, Magi.

Campione for me. It started off with minor changes to the story which I don't mind but then about half way through it goes off on its own original story. Worse thing is that I think they made some of the changes so they could fit Ena in the anime when she doesn't even appear in the light novels until volume 5.

Any Anime that ends early instead of going right up until the end of the manga. Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Kekkaishi and Rave Master comes to mind. I hate it when an anime ends too early

Soul eater anime as when halfway through it goes into fillers and it sucks. Also the ending with the courage thing and kill a bloody god with bloody courage. It was cheesy as hell
