You guys are silly...she's tryna save the world by burying the dead people! Oh wait, but she's also tryna make her mother's wish come true by making a world where the dead people can live happily...hmmm how conflicting.
Anyway, i actually thought the school having kids with different powers was cool but at the same time kinda random.
I think i am the only person who doesn't care for Ai and whenever i hear her speak i just go like

nope not the only one

The show in the beginning showed a decent potential to have several different plot routes but as it has gone along it has put a twist on some of our own stereotypical plots and has created an all new subject itself. The plot has been well thought out so far, and I like the detail in the animation. If anything, this show could near the top.

I think the different plot routes is what makes the anime really stand out if you ask me. Episode 7 was to more or less starting to build the
Goran Academy arc.

I think Ai's goal is to save the world from the deceased, but yet she is trying to help them like some people here bought up, how will she save the world I wonder.

Alis pulling some Midorima shit in the beginning.

They all are about to escape from the school but Tanya is conflicted about leaving. She eventually decide to though.

The fight against the teacher was pretty short.

Next episode seems interesting, the place that gravekeepers are born, huh?

I stopped watching after I saw episode 3 because I felt like that was it's own anime and didn't need to be continued, without spoilers, has the show kept being good?

Episode 8
...I'm just going to call this guy Buzzer Beater. yeah, short battle but it was BADASS!
the show keeps my interest but I have found my self drifting a little bit. -edit- I did really enjoy the talk Buzzer Beater had w/Ai about the two worlds. it's shockingly similar to my own developed beliefs of the universe/life/"god" but I won't get into that. if you want to know my ideas just send me a message but yeah; that talk was pretty well thought out. -edit-

WTF happened to Scar, dude?

Anyone felt the ending of the episode was a bit anti-climatic? I mean,

I haven't read the LN yet but was expecting a little more imo.

Ep 8

I liked the ep, and I was glad (though it didn't surprise me) that Tanya joined up with everyone at the end there. I know Tanya didn't have anyone to really go back to, so I was actually expecting Ai to invite her to come with her and Julie and Scar, and to be part of their "family" (even though they haven't been with each other that long to be called a family, lol).

Anyway, it seemed that Julie's voice didn't sound too concerned about the abandonment of the baby, so I'm sure there must be a good reason for it.

Yeah, I think they just ran out of time in the episode, lol. But yeah, I would've liked to have seen at least a few punches thrown or something, or more effort in getting them back.

I actually liked their little discussion about subjective and objective views on the world and it was a pretty decent episode i guess. Glad to know that they are aware of how air-headed Ai is and man...she gets attached to people hella quick lol

Man, I still don't know what to think about this show, but I've been critical after the last two episodes, so I'm gonna try to be positive this time!

A little intrigue built there and some potential future conflict set up between Ai and Alis (since he hasn't tipped his hand yet). Correct me if I'm wrong, but he didn't say which of the two worlds he wanted to destroy, correct? Destroying the first one would probably put Ai into a bit of a fit, and destroying the second one would seem to be all but impossible. I didn't think their discussion was particularly deep or insightful or new, but the implications for the future are good ones.

And yes, the thing with Scar is interesting. I'm looking forward to how that interacts with the main plot line. What if Ai starts to have mechanical-bury-the-people urges? Would be a cool twist.

I'm really likin the show so far but hope the next few episodes have the same feel as the first two parts of the show. Don't get me wrong I didn't dislike the part at the school, I just didn't feel as wowed as I was with the first two parts.
