It's like the bishounen version of Oda Nabuna no Yabou!

Just point where you find these bishounen? I mean the "shounen" part. True, that the image have that shoujoish feeling, but from quick search, manga it's based on is classified actually as both mature and seinen.

I will probably watch the first episode since it's actually not region-blocked for me(or i read wrong).

Bishounen is a character design term, not a genre. You are completely right that the genre is seinen but those character designs are definitely bishie to my eyes... the flowing hair, fans, purple pearl necklace...

I also agree that your sense of bishounen is... warped. Unless I'm mistaken, it means pretty boy. And the pic for gifu dodo does not suggest that.

Can I rest easily about The World God Only Knows streaming rights because Crunchy got the first two seasons?

I'm honestly excited for Chronicles of the Going Home Club, hopefully its as good as Yuyushiki.

Will watch the second season of Hakkenden because I already watched the first season.

edit:
Also lugiamania, your OP has Gifu Dodo listed twice at the bottom with the announcement dates for 7/1

Awesome season for South America!! Thanks for the awesome availability, guys! And keep them coming =)

This. Despite not having Usagi Drop available here, this looks promising so far for our area. Keep them coming, CR!

Yes, for CR at least... They really need to learn world geography because all seasons there is confusion about this issue.

Except that is exactly how pretty boy characters are drawn. You do understand that it is pretty boys to Japanese women, not to us men?

In regional movie / broadcast / home video licensing it is ... indeed, a much bigger part than any of the countries actually contained within Central America.

Remember that in the DVD licensing regions, which were heavily influence by traditional regional movie licensing boundaries, Mexico is part of R4, not R1:

This is IP licensing geography we are talking about, not physical geography: remember that in the announcements, Crunchyroll has to give the exact region rights word for word from the contract.

I see. But I still think it would be better if they put Latin America instead on the contracts because this way always there is confusion, specially among new users.

Not really excited about this lineup. I hope there's a pleasant surprise in there.

I really wish CR would stop with all these 3 minute per episode anime.

I would say there is little reason for concern. I certainly can't think of any series where CR got the first two "seasons" and not the third. In fact, one of the only ones I can think of where they got the first series but not the second one was Milky Holmes, and that probably had to do with the series apparently being popular in Japan but not so much on CR, which isn't the case with TWGOK.

We are still a week out from when it premieres, so CR need not be in any rush to announce it.

So because you don't like something, it should be done away with?

It isn't as if CR passes over a full length series in favor of these.

Huh...nothing that has my interest yet this season. Looks like it will be a good time to catch up on my back log.
