Why are there soo many weird people online or in real life?

Its crazy how many extremely weird people you meet online and even sometimes IRL.
I remember in high school on a Field trip we went to some trade business and were doing these construction
activity's. There was this girl there that I didn't even notice, because I was really paying attention to what the instructors were saying...it was fun we did lots of cool things and took many pictures at the end of the day( there were like 40 students there). 3 days later we get the pictures and I came in with the other students to take at least a few pictures-with me in it home to show ppl and just a keep sake to remember that day. I know i was in like 18 pictures, but I couldn't find any with me in it...I thought wth happened to all the ones with me on it. I just so happen to find one remaining pic with me in it and as my hand went for it a girl snatched it, so I asked "can I have that one...there seems to be no other one with me in it"....the girl said "no" I noticed in her other hand a stack of pics that she was taking home in I was in the one on the top.
I thought this is too weird, so I curiously asked to see the pictures in her hand. She showed me like 4 of them all with me in them...long story short I found out that she had every single picture of me and totally refused to let me have one. Also the way she was acting the whole time was like she was mad that I found out that she was being super creepy and I never had anything to show for memory sake because some girl was obsessed with me. Online I some how get kinda the same kinda obsessed people, but they can hide here unlike real life where you can put a restraining order on them...the internet make a safe haven for creepy stalkers...its sad, but soo true.

In anime its funny to see the weird person persuade the other that they love them, but this doesn't happen in real life.
If someone likes me its 10 million times easier for them to tell me or anyone for that matter that you like me or them...if you are brave enough to take their pictures or hack their Facebook why not just be honest and face them( honesty goes a long ways)

Anyone else here has a story like mines?? If so share it: in real life or online.

Tell it again, chap. Riveting tale.

It seems like you have just come to the blazing revelation that people can be weird online...No, wait -- they can even be weird in real life!

?????

If you think they are weird, just stay away from them.

LOL

If there's more weird people than "non-weird" people then wouldnt that make you the weird one?
People online express their mind a lot more freely, so they might be weird on the web but are probably "normal" in person. That's why we have mods, when things get outta hand.

Weird can also mean you're just not compatible with them, errbody unique.

I used to be in the Navy, and that is the kingdom of porcelain for weirdos. The weirdest I met, let's call him "Homer", was incest. Apparently his Mom and Dad were first cousins (In some countries this is legal, so this isn't necessarily the weird part). But anyway, he would walk up to people and whisper in their ears, "Don't touch me". It wasn't a joke....he was serious. He even accused our boss of sexually molesting him and all of the straightest guys I know. He actually did it to everyone, even to me. He also would not come into a room unless there was a free corner for him to stand in. When he got into bed at night, he would jump in and out 5 quick times and peep around every corner before he finally went to sleep. Sometimes at 3 in the morning, Id have to go to the bathroom and I'd see him running up and down the stairs or even standing at attention staring at a bulkhead and saluting. Homer is the weirdest guy on earth.

Yea... about that... weird people are attracted to me, so that solution wouldn't work(tried it for too long)
The thing is I don't hate them, but I am somewhat a nice guy and I give everyone a chance( believe it or not ).
As soon as I show that I'm nice the weird stuff happens and I CAN deal with a little weird or even moderate lvl
weirdness, but a lot of the times I get the one who have activity's that after you seen it you can never mention them
and I won't even talk about it here...the one I presented was the lightest one. And also chapette..the ones online you can't
just walk away from.

"Weird" is a matter of perspective. What I find weird in someone, another might find totally normal. What ever happened to just being yourself?

That's crazy as long as he was harmless...It would be kinda weird if someone like that was awake walking around while I was asleep.
That's a lot of stuff... how did he pass the psychological exams and the face to face mental health check.

Well, he was somewhat normal...well...at least passable when he first got to the ship. But on deployment he went completely loony. Nevertheless, we did worry about him. Our boss ended up creating a "Homer" log and collected enough evidence until he was finally kicked out.

Its is a matter of perspective some times, but that will happen only if your on the same wave length.
I am OK with people being who they are..don't get me wrong. Its more of doing weird things that may
Intrude on another's privacy or put them in a super awkward situation. Be weird, I dig it but don't dig in
someone trash, hack their accounts, follow them without their knowledge or even be obsessed about
them without telling them you like them( so over time it will show in weird ways ). Also any other weird
behavior that my affect another in any way. ( it may not always be a like thing...maybe even a hate thing or
just because).
