Well I think many people are weird for instant my best friend from middle school to high school to college stopped hanging out with me because I made other friends..........

You are in for a shock if you think something like that is weird.

Wow, why hasn't this number become a member of the local asylum.

All people should be weird/different/unique. If you are not, you are just another clone/copy of our oppressive societal constructs.

Normal is an illusion, as far as I am concerned.

Lol , that is simply not true. I am normal and no one after knowing me would ever consider me a clone. Plus there are many weird clones who follow the examples of other weird people without question...weird doesn't = better.

I consider being called "weird" a compliment being normal is too boring!

Trust me when I say that normal people can be fun too. Think of it this way...have you ever heard of a really funny comedian who's stand up didn't have any profanity included? I have. You see that comedian has to be really funny because he can't use that extra 30% of his performance on random cussing like most comedians do. He's has to be funny enough to make drunk grown adults laugh AND fill in the extra 30% of time with actual jokes. Being normal most people I meet think they figure me out at like work, but are always surprised when they go out somewhere with me.

Yeah but with me people who just met me openly tell me I'm weird or strange I just say with a simple smile "I know."

"Weird" is a matter of perspective. What I find weird in someone, another might find totally normal. What ever happened to just being yourself?

Its is a matter of perspective some times, but that will happen only if your on the same wave length.
I am OK with people being who they are..don't get me wrong. Its more of doing weird things that may
Intrude on another's privacy or put them in a super awkward situation. Be weird, I dig it but don't dig in
someone trash, hack their accounts, follow them without their knowledge or even be obsessed about
them without telling them you like them
( so over time it will show in weird ways ). Also any other weird
behavior that my affect another in any way. ( it may not always be a like thing...maybe even a hate thing or
just because).

Digging in someone's trash: That's not weird, that's intruding
Hacking someone else's account: That's not weird, that's disrespectful
Following someone: That's not weird, that's being a stalker
Being obsessed about someone without telling them you like them: That's not weird, that's creepy

The examples you gave were all negative things, while "weird" may not have a negative connotation to everyone.

You're a normal typical person who isn't unique in their own way, I suppose. Everyone is weird, in their own way.

You are right, "weird" may not have a negative connotation attached to it. I also responded positively to some one on this post about a
weird woman that I worked with who was a good kind of weird, but yes this post will mostly be about the bad weird behavior.
I won't stop someone from talking about positive points concerning weird people...there are already plenty here though.

The "ahhh I see" part was me just understanding you point of view. The rest was me showing commonality with our experiences of others judging us without fully knowing us.(the responses we get from others may be different, but might not be soo true).
I know...its text, so misunderstandings happen.
