so hey i was planing to give my guess pass to a friend for the pass i recived the other day never gave the code out or posted the code for it but it says it has been redeemed any one know how?

It should show you who redeemed your guest pass since you didn't give it away. Maybe contact someone from support and tell them you never gave that person your guest pass and they just so happen to guess it. Hopefully they will give you another one.

You probably should contact support, as somebody might be using a script to find valid guest passes. This may become an issue they need to handle.

Though if they're unable to give you another guest pass I'll gladly give you one of mine.

I have a slightly similar issue like the OPs, except after I posted my latest guest pass code in the "Guest Pass thread", someone did redeem it, but I can't see the name of the person who actually redeemed it in the Membership Guest Pass Account Settings (https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=guestpass). Was that feature disabled or something? All the other ones that I had that were redeemed always gave me a link to the username of the person that redeemed it, but in this case, that particular area remains blank.

I'd hazard a guess that maybe you don't see the user name of who redeemed it because their account was deleted. Like in threads where you sometimes will see a blank where you'd normally see the avi and username--sometimes that's blank and I know that when that happens, it's because the user account doesn't exist anymore.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but I'd imagine they must have nuked it right away then because I remember noticing maybe about 15-30 minutes after I posted my code in the "Guest Pass Thread", the code was saying "Already Redeemed" but with no "Redeeming User." Seems a little strange to me...

I have one with an odder message than that:

I just assumed that the person who used it nuked, but it's different than blank, so I don't really know what to think. Not important, I guess, just interesting.

Another possibility is because of the new implementation of the 10 guest passes within 6 months rule. There could be some hidden bugs with it is what I'm kinda betting on right now. I'd imagine with your issue, it might be that someone tried to redeem your guest pass code, but had already redeemed 10 of them within a 6 month period, and I bet that could possibly be why it says that it was already redeemed, and yet, not redeemed.

Wow. If that's the case than CR should have people confirm or approve of others using their passes. By that I mean, you either email or give your code, someone get's it, then you get an email saying that a certain person wants it and you agree to them having it. That way a random person can't get it.

Most debit cards nowadays can be charged the same way a credit card can. You can check with your bank to make sure though. My account is paid for with a debit card.
