I activated my account for a month about 20 minutes ago.
I did not want it to automatically charge me again so I cancelled the subscription (or so I thought).
My goal was to pay for a month and simply not have it auto-renew, what happened is that it cancelled my premium all together and still charged me on paypal. Please undo the complete cancellation so I am not paying you 7 bucks for 30 seconds of premium.

On a side note: Consider adding an account auto-renewal toggle somewhere easy to see, or make it so the cancellation doesn't immediately screw the customer over...

I think they might be working on a way for users to stop recurring payment, without canceling the current month--it sure gets requested enough.

To have this resolved for your specific case more quickly use the Contact Us link. It's a holiday weekend in the US, and many staff are at Anime Expo, so I'm not sure how quickly you'll get an answer, but that will give it higher priority than just posting in this thread.

The first thing I did was submit a ticket, this forum post was an after thought. Thank you for the advice though.
I've gone ahead and reactivated my account by paying for it a second time, hopefully that won't interfere with the resolution of my original issue, I didn't want to go through this weekend without my anime.

Nah, I don't think that should affect it at all. I'm sure they can look through your payment history and if they see two identical charges within a couple of hours I'm sure they'll refund ya.

The staff here really do their jobs well...but I think it'd be easier for them if they'd just fix the source of the problem after the first few times it occurs rather than after the 100th time like they seem to. ^_^''
