Its empty? and NOO it is not because someone messaged me & then delete their accounts. The truth is, my screen froze, had to shut it down & when i turned my laptop on. These notifications appears & there is nothing inside my inbox... can someone please help me?

It happened to me randomly as well so it might not have anything to do with your computer freezing. A lot of people seem to be having inbox issues these days. You would have probably been better off posting this in site support but it will be seen either way so no biggie. You can either message support or it will likely be taken care of by Bjaker or someone else in support when they see your post.

I Have same issue currently!!!

This might not work anymore. But, I had this happen to me many times before on separate and now deleted accounts

  • If it is just a invisible Notification('s) which you cannot see the notification('s) in you "notification" area. Then just click the "delete all notification" in the bottom, right hand corner.
  • If it a Invisible inbox notification('s), which you cannot see the inbox('s) in your "inbox" area. Then just get a good 20-100 inbox notification and then do a massive "mark as read" and/ or delete.

These two actions worked for me on many occasions. But, I haven't tested them recently because I didn't need too. So, either or...hope these solutions are still able to work because these are the only two methods of fixing the problem without staff getting involved.
