Hey!
Some moments ago, I was looking a thread about how the world sees UK. http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-786369/how-does-the-world-view-the-uk

Then I thought, what about open a thread about how you guys see Brazil, the country where I live. And well, to be honest, I don't like this country at all. There are so much stuff wrong in here, high taxes, violence, I could stay here till tomorrow saying things that are screwed.
Well, this is my vision, of a country that I live, and what about you? What you really think about Brazil? And please, I want you to be honest, no lies or hypocrisy.

EDIT:
Oh, yeah, there's only one more thing I forgot to say.
We do not speak SPANISH, our language is PORTUGUESE.

I have negative views on your countries government because I have many friends in Brazil from gaming.
So my opinion is skewed by their opinions obviously.
But I do love my BR friends

I don't know much about the government apart from what I have heard from people who have lived there, but I have a good opinion of the people. One of my good friend's mom is originally from Brazil and in high school his cousins came up and lived with them as part of an exchange program. I became very good friends with them and since then I have meet many other people who have come to the states from Brazil, they are some of the nicest people I know.

I tend to judge a countries more on their people than it's government, so over all I would say that I have a good opinion over all of Brazil, even if it isn't perfect (but then what county is?).

My knowledge is limited on Brazil, so I can't give a definite answer. I only know of what I learned about Brazil, which was the history regarding people from Africa who were enslaved and sent there years ago and how some of today's descendants are being treated unfair. I know little to nothing about political or other affairs.

Yep, how you said, I guess anybody in here likes our own government, it actually is pretty damned, and it NEVER change, even after the elections.

Oh, what you said it's true. People in here are really happy, I mean, not in everything. They like to party, to player soccer, drink, stuff like that.

Oh yeah, I'm sort of used to people who remember carnival when it comes to mind Brazil.
And the hardcore people aren't the Catholics, are people from the other religions.

Well, I did know a guy whose Brazilian who attended both my middle school and high school. All the girls had a huge crush on him. Me included.

DAMN. That's all I can say on the matter.

But I'd have to agree. He did say his country is falling apart. And it doesn't sound like an enjoyable place to live. But there is no such thing as a perfect county or place for that matter. There's always going to be issues, as long as time still exists. That's all I can really say. I suppose I can read some world news articles from Brazil to gather more opinions, but I'm lazy.

I wanna visit there someday so freaking bad as well as the rest of the nations of my fellow Latino brethren. I have no overall opinion, but I remember from my International Management class the fact that in the future it WILL become one of the leading economic powers of the world known as the BRICS countries (acronym for Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa).

On a side note, I thank Brazil for bringing some of my favorite heavy musicians to the world. lml >.< lml
Oh and the beautiful hot women.

I'm growing interested in learning Portuguese someday.

I remember eating a very delicious Brazilian soft chocolate with chocolate sprinkles when I took Latin American Humanities and hoping to eat some more.
Too bad I can't remember what it's called.

I just remembered my kid brother is a Brazilian Ju Jitsu (sp?) student. And boy, he can do the moves pretty well. Now that I think about it, Brazil had a lot of Asian immigrants. Am I correct?

Lol. Myself and other boys in my middle school were in a similar situation one time. We had this one nice, gorgeous Brazilian girl and every guy (me as well) was hitting on her. In fact, she's the first Brazilian I've ever met. So yeah, I've been there, too.
