Yeah I'm having the same chop issue but not with everything. Just finished watching "My Little Monster" yesterday no problems but can I watch "Mysterious Girlfriend X" hell no pause start pause start endlessly. Can watch Naruto and many others with no problem in 1080p but just some of the shows don't work worth a damn. Have a very nice HTPC and I'm using Win 7 and IE to watch with. Hope you guys can find some kind of solution.

Not sure if people are still having this problem, but all day my crunchyroll works great. But right around 8-9 PM EST i cant watch a single episode because it just lags out, forcing me to let it buffer every 5 mins or watch another time. Tried to contact support, they emailed me back asking to do some troubleshooting, but they said they would continue to look into it. I tried to email them back on the issue, but they never responded back, just kinda brushed me off. Would like to get this resolved because i work during the day.

I have 30MB down with comcast, can stream anything in 1080 with no issue, including crunchyroll unless its between 8-12 PM EST.

Was waiting to hear back from Engineering and Operations.

Unfortunately at this point there's not much further I can have you try.

We're working on updates for the Flash Player which should help resolve the issues you're encountering as well as working on improving CDN selection for the service.

I have problems as well, i've had problems since I have gotten an account, but mostly it's cause I have a fairly crappy computer/internet compared to a lot of people. But for the last month or so it's been getting worse, during the week especially during the day I am usually fine and can watch multiple episodes back to back. But prime time, ~6pm CST, and weekends it is now getting to the point to be nearly unwatchable because of shows just stopping or buffering incredibly slowly.

My experience had improved quite a bit since a month or two ago. The last few days though, I have been getting a little bit of issues in 1080p. Sometimes the video will stop but the audio will continue for a couple seconds and then the video will sort of fast forward through the frames to catch up to the audio.

Now, in terms of play back, this is absolutely better than the problems from a month or two ago where the video would just freeze and not play again until the site was refreshed (sometimes with the video starting from the start ). But what was even better was those few weeks where I had zero issues with 1080p playback.

At least this time around, it looks like there's some tech people responding and some confirmation that things are being worked on.

I was having a issue watching Kill La Kill. So went to look for a fix. This is the first time i actually used changing the DNS, works good on my end actually. Finally able to stream the 1080p versions now instead of the 720p (though not much difference lol)
