Its all for what you want it for and what you feel like doing. I have an Automatic 2003 Subaru WRX (first car given to me by my parents) for when im driving on the days when its snow/ice out and i have a Manual Scion tC (bought myself )for when its not and when im driving to and from school most of the time.

I feel more connected to my Scion than i do the Subaru but thats just me.

ok i mite sound like a rich kid but im not...i work for my cars (and plus i make 70k a year at my age) which is BALLIN!!

my 95 240sx = 5 speed (track car)
92 24sx = 5 speed (track/daily but unoperational right now)
03 350z = 6 speed (daily and track)
97 gs300 = auto (DAILY cause im soo lazy in traffic)


but it depends on manual or auto...if you guys dont like drifting/or any type of racing get automatic just cause its a lot more lazier...hahaha but manual if you want to get into cars

Manual- I love the feeling when shifting gears + the sense of controlling ur car when taking corners..

but when the traffic is too heavy I'll vote for auto-

Manual in heavy traffic gets to be such a burden so quick...aha.

Yeah, my boyfriend is usually the one posting in the cars forum, but I wanted to say something too...
I prefer auto, just because it's easier... But my bf been teaching me how to drive stick and it's pretty fun ^^
