The automatic is boring. The manual is exciting. However, driving in heavy traffic can become a nuisance in a manual. But there's no way an automatic can replace the satisfying feel of shifting a good manual transmission.....

Many drag racing-specific race cars do utilize automatic transmissions however, some do have the ability to shift gears.....

I prefer a standard gear box but a built supra with a built auto and a high stall is super fun to drive when you can roast the tires through 2nd and 3rd without feeling it shift gears :) only other "automatic" cars that can shift gears manually that i like are like the m3 smg, ferrari f430 and so on. The tiptronic crap that you get with your auto rsx or any other car like that is basicly crap to me.
