So I paid for a month again then 13 days after you guys charge me again, not having it, I would of expected an email by now after sending a picture of my statement saying sorry and that you will refund the money and remove my card from ur systems as I have asked.

They'll do it, no need to fear. Sometimes it just takes a little time. I don't think the staff here is really all that big...

They got to me after I made this post yet it was a joke of a reply, gave them more information now though as if a bank statement was not enough information already. It would seem the UK billing is really broken.

First I paid for my renewal of my membership on the 20th yet the website says I paid for it on the 25th, then 13 days after the 20th they charged me again for another month which has not been added to my payment history on the site.

The first issue was more of a good thing since I was getting more time for a mistake you guys are making but this mistake is not something you can just sit and think oops.. crunchyroll was suppose to be a legit site, how can I accept it as a legit website when it can't do the billing correct?
