I tear up but never actually cried... The movie that was closest to making me cry was A Walk To Remember because I lost a friend who had Leukaemia

I cried while I had to read aloud Great Expectations. It was the part about the person's mother having all that dusty stuff and dying and whatnot. It was in the middle of class in middle school. There were many, many other times, but naming them all is a little...

I cry during movies all the time. I love it. I'm addicted to sadness. That empty feeling you get in your chest when something really bad happens to a character you care about it strangely endearing. It almost makes me want to kill someone I love so I can feel really sad.

lmfao...oh you and your jokes. you got a laugh out of me I'll admit it.

I have never cried to a movie or anything like that. Not even the most saddest movie i have seen. If anything else I'll fall asleep or something... xD

Usually depends on the film and how good the writers are.

I find Pixar are the best at creating those moments.

Frankly if the opening of UP didn't get you you're a heartless bastard!

I'm useless... I cry all the bloody time during movies, tv shows, books...etc Even adverts for charities have me tearing up, which, considering I'm 6"4, kinda bulky and pretty much a jock is not good for my image lol! Fortunately, I'm also allergic to dust, have hayfever...etc so always ready with a cover-up
The Fionavar Tapestry by Guy Gavriel Kay is my fave trilogy, and I always cry towards the end, won't say why so I don't spoil it... Utterly humiliated by this book, had a middle aged woman on a flight between Paris and Newcastle ask if I was ok 'cause I kinda lost it... Stupid book...

I will tear up for just about any movie that is intended to have that kind of impact. i.e. the ending scene in MIB3.
