pinakbet....


you will need:

*1/4 kilo pork with fat (cut into very small pieces)
* 3 tablespoons oil
* 1 1/2 cup water
* 2 medium size Ampalaya (cut into 8 pieces each)
* 2 medium size eggplants (cut into 8 pieces each)
* 6 pieces okra (halved)
* 6 pieces tomatoes (quartered)
* 1 small garlic head (minced)
* 2 small onions (diced)
* 1 small ginger (sliced)
* 4 tablespoons bagoong isda
* Pinch of pepper


heres how:

1. In a pan, cook pork until lightly crispy, set aside.
2. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, and ginger in the porkfat and mix in pork.
3. In a casserole, boil water with bagoong.
4. Add in the pork and spices.
5. Add all the vegetables and cook.
6. Serve hot.

Ginisa Mix
trip ko lagi gumamit neto pampalasa hehe
~lalagay to mamaya habang nag gigisa

Onions/Bawang
~tadatarin mo ng pinu!

Celery/Kinchay
~pwede mo slice ng maliit malaki or pino

Carrots
~pwede ring wala, bahala ka

Macaroni
~ bahala kana kung ano gusto mong style or shape

gatas! evap!
ung malabnaw to ah? hindi ung matamis!

Dairy Cream haha!

ok eto na:

Una ilaga mo chicken sa bawang asin paminta

alisin mo ung chicken sa tubig, wag mo tapos ung water k?
pang sabaw yan mamaya haha

pag white na chicken meat, means luto na siguro yan
pakuluuan mo pa haha.. pag tapos na himayin mo chicken
alisin mo yung buto buto, meat lang itira mo, himayin ok?

then natadtad mo na ba ung bawang?

pag lusaw na butter mo, lagay mo na bawang

then next ung chicken, make sure ma sipsip nung
chicken ung butter then add the carrots, sunod mo na din half ng celery.

mix mix mix ginisa mix na dali
hehe

then pag tapos i gisa gisa, pour mo na ung pinag lagaan ng chicken.
then add water simpalahan mo ah, tikim tikim para alam ang lasa...

wash mo macaroni habang waiting the sabaw to boil.
pag kumulo na, laglag mo na macaroni.

halo mo na yung gatas tapos mixmix mu hehe

takpan mo ung lutuan hehe
wait till lumambot ung macaroni,
laglag mo na ung celery half


cover ulit..

pag lambot na, yay pwede na yan...

masarap na yan

SINABAWANG TUYO

Ingredients:
10 pieces tuyo fishes
cooking oil
1 Maggi Magic sarap OR Knorr Meaty Seasoning
5 glass of water

Procedure:
1. put the cooking oil in the frying pan

2. put the tuyo in the hot an with cooking oil

3. fry it when it turns golden brown

4. put the cook tuyo in a bowl

5. pour it a water

6. then put maggi magic sarap or knorr meaty seasoning

7. serve it with love naks naman

8. enjoy eating
