Hi on my Viera tv I got some problems latly since last week. I have very long loading time by the UI itself it looks kinda strange all black in the background and the buttons for example are often not there like pause and play while watching a video. I'm useing this app since the start I've never had anything like that before. And yes I tried to reinstall the app what by the way is very uncomfortable because on the Panasonic TV I have an late 2012 modell you can't delete any app in the Tv setup you have to do a full factory reset nice software by the way Panasonic .So can you please check it out.

Is this problem persisting? Are you on ethernet or wifi? What happens if you reload the app (on ethernet if you're on wifi)?

This problem happens every now and then depending on your connection to the server.

Reinstalling the app doesn't really do anything for Viera, btw, since there's really nothing to reset.

I'm on ethernet all the time. If I reload the app it is still the same. And I wonder why this is something I never had before and something which seems to stay now. And it did not change anything since this is happening. On my internet or elsewhere.

Yes I still have the problem with the app and for what I can tell it seems to do with the interface loading up to fast while it is starting. I mean the chrunyroll load screen as it was before does not show just a short black screen and the app is already running. And I can make this bug what I would call it now away by going to anything in my queue and hit more options and go to any episode scroll 3 to 4 episodes thru and than go back to my queue and hit the button for more options again and hit back boom the app works just fine. So I think it has something to do for not loading the proper upload time of the app. I don't know why this is happening now and nothing I do seems to help fix it.
