I'm pretty sure that CR, like most subscription services, bills for a full month in advance, based on when you started, so if you cancel in the middle of the period you forfeit the rest of the current month you paid for (but you won't be billed for the following month). For answers specific to your account, however, you'll get the fastest and most accurate response if you use the Contact Us link (it's at the bottom of all the CR pages).

I really do think that that "Contact Us" button needs to be bigger and more obivious seeing how a lot of these pop up.

Before canceling your membership, it should have been stated that the membership would cease functioning immediately. Since you may have overlooked this and did not mean to immediately cancel your membership, I have reactivated your membership and disabled it from renewing so that you can enjoy the remaining membership you have without worrying about being charged again

That's the whole reason why these Help Categories were made You guys don't need to direct them to the contact us page for everything.

I'll talk to someone about making the contact us button bigger. Thanks for the suggestion!
