I get the message "Unable to retrieve data. Please try again."

I've tried:

Closing the app and loading again
Deleting the app and reinstalling
Logging in/out

Any known fix for this?

Every series I que'd about 90 percents of them wont show the video line up of them nor play any of the non showing videos in line up of series..every time I go to play ps3 would go black screen and lock up,forcing me to hard reset my ps3..

Nothing works by any means try everything,thats because you really need to address the issues,and ps3 is my only source I have, as my pc isnt good enough to handle the streams..I'm a anime prem member if that helps..Fix plz thx

I did enable mature content, yes. Still nothing.

Yes but still wont show or play on ps3,I've notice many title are gone on the ps3,this would be a prob for me as its my only source to view content

Update:Want back in setting again and now I'm able to play and see lineup..Thanks alot beardfist for your help (prob solved)

My brother and I left home for school the same year, and we just kept using the same account and both take turns paying the monthly fee. I didn't think we'd see any issues.
