I try my best to stay out of court trials. It's not worth it to get angry over something you know nothing about. You weren't there to see any evidence. You weren't there to hear any stories. And the media sensationalizes things to attract attention. Time to move on.

One guy died. Sad but it happens. Stop freaking out.

What I mean is that if George Zimmerman listened to the police like any other person would've both probably would be alive and happy today.
But because he didn't Trayvon died and there was a huge case about it. I'm not saying it was all George's fault but I don't think he's blameless.

I completely agree actually. Zimmerman is the biggest dumbass for what he did. He did, essentially, cause Trayvon's death. That's why this case conflicts me so. Nobody is blameless in this thing, or at least that's what I believe.

This law and decision could lead to more deaths as you see with one death already as a result. It is a big deal and a thing to freak out about it. And the its just one guy argument is really sad and insulting. What next time that one guy is someone you know or care for every life is important.

Got to be honest - whole family thought it was racist and they are racist themselves.

So what your saying is....the trayvon martin situation was so racist that it made racists say that it was racist when they themselves are already extremely racist?

^The law itself doesn't really kill people. People and their problems and prejudices kill people. It's been this way since the dawn of humanity. In this case, you can't even really be sure which side is right. It could have been self-defense. It could have been an irrational killing. Either way, someone died.

"Just one guy" is not an argument. It is a fact. If it happens to someone I care about, there would be very little I could do about it. Does retribution bring the dead one back to life? The loss of a life that should not be lost is always a tragedy, but there is no reason that a person whose name we know has died in a sadder way than one we don't know. That's what pisses me off about public court stuff. People go crazy over stuff like this when, in fact, humanity has an ugly side that will be here forever. Unnamed thousands perish every day and nobody makes a big deal about it. And then there is suddenly this person with a name in the same country and people eat it all up like a bunch of sheep. Mourn for everyone or don't mourn at all.

My opinion might be unpopular but at least it is more rational than flipping out over a court case I'm not involved with. Ultimately, you are not a person with a direct connection to any part of the court case and you could have not known about it and wouldn't affect the way you live. There are more pressing and immediate matters in each person's own life to worry about.

Everyone is racist to some extent lol

People who say they aren't are full of it. Judging something quickly based on appearance is something required for survival. We've just managed to tone it down a bit but it will never go away.

Now before the flames get shot and the tensions start rising, let me get in my long winded two cents. I know this post will probably get me in trouble but hey..that's what happens when you bring truth and logical opinions into the discussion.

First of all, it's a crying shame that Zimmerman was found not guilty. The man should be sitting in a jail cell over manslaughter charges!! While I condem the lifestyle that Trayvon Martin lives (he's no angel people, don't let our joke of a media con you), there was no reason for him to be killed in the circumstances of that whole suituation.

What makes me sick about all this is that the media and race hustlers such a Al Sharpton, not to mention those in the current adminstration including the man at the top of it, turned this entire thing into a race and politics issue. Ether you are black and are automatically on the side of Trayvon Martin, or you are white (last I checked Zimmerman was hispanic!!) and are automatically on the side of George Zimmerman. Well since I'm black and I'm independently minded, I'm supposed to just go riot in the streets now and blame everything on white people eh?

NO. I refuse to do it, and just because I said Zimmerman should be in jail for life and Trayvon should be alive, doesn't make me one of these devolved puppets among my ethnicity that we're all supposed to believe is the "norm". I will not lower myself to that racist bigoted behavior at all. It's sad that it even has to come to this at all, because the incident itself was never a racial thing in the first place. But if you wanna believe the so-called media who's looking for ratings in the next couple of days by showing you riots, go ahead because you're also a puppet.

As you can tell, I am not happy about any of this. I even fear for my safety even more than ever, because I'm afraid something will happen to me and my g/f (who's white but who cares, right??) involving any of these animals that will start rioting in the streets. It paints my ethnicity once again in a negative misrepresenting light because of the things said on twitter and such about violence and rioting if Zimmerman is let go.

Now if any of you is upset at me for saying any of this...go ahead and don't hold back. For all I know the mods may not even like it and I'll have posted my final post in these forums. All I'm doing is giving my own side of the issue, and not giving you predictable (and even race baiting) talking points that's gonna be shoved down your throat for months, even years, by the so-called media and these bigoted race baiters.
