People who say they aren't are full of it. Judging something quickly based on appearance is something required for survival. We've just managed to tone it down a bit but it will never go away.

That was a pretty stupid verdict if you ask me. If his head was being bashed into concrete, he wouldn't have had just a broken nose if it was a truly vicious attack. The fact that the jurors were absolutely horrible choices based on the fact that each of them had less than stellar backgrounds that just made a pure indication that they wouldn't be able to form educated decisions. It really is a shame what this world is coming to.

Nobody wins in a case like this... was there racism on Zimmermans part? Yes. Was their racism on trayvons part? Yes. So really both of them were biggots and natural selection took over

Not sure I'd call it natural selection when you put a gun in someone's hand.

Not too surprised, it's the same state that found Casey Anthony not guilty. They should have just gone with Involuntary Manslaughter.

I think this was a fail on the Prosecutor part. If they did not have the pressure from the media then maybe it could gone the other way. They should have gone with Manslaughter to begin with because during the whole time they never really prove it was second degree murder.

My Mother is worry about rioting. She was working at a hospital in Philly during the Martin Luther King Jr riots and she said it was like a war zone.

It's called double jeopardy. He cannot be charged for the same crime again, he will always be not guilty unless he himself tells the judge that he is guilty. Then that is a confession which will reopen the case. A riot will not reopen a case at all.

I personally think Z would of been a lot safer in prison than outside. He may be free but he probably wont be able to walk freely where he pleases.

My issue with the whole thing is why Zimmerman was able to obtain a gun to begin with. With his his history, assaulting a police office and domestic violence, he shouldn't have been able to carry a weapon at all. That really says something about the state of Florida itself.

Because none of his offenses where felonies? Last I checked, civil court orders and speeding tickets =/= felonies preventing the owning of a firearm. I can be assumed of things all day, but unless it is written down as a felony, no case.

Because apparently getting beat up requires someone to shoot the assailant. Honestly he shouldn't have ever been allowed to have a firearm.

If there's no concrete evidence, you can't whimsically lay down the punishment.
And, the verdict came from a jury, group of 12 people. They couldn't just come up a verdict if not all of the people within the 12 agrees.

Ironic coming from someone who has Texas as their location. After all, over there you're allowed to legally shoot an escort for not having sex with you.
Read: Escort.

And you apparently have no understanding of how the real world works if you think that, if you in possession of a weapon, you wouldn't use it when you're being beaten to within an inch of your life.

Weren't there only six jurors, all of which being women?
