Left foot, right foot. Look up if you know someone's coming. Then smile.

Haha yeah.
I daydream alot and have ramblings on possibilities as well. So yes.

But: I've began to notice that's just how I am. Sometimes Idk I'm doing it. Sometimes I stop myself after realizing it

But I do acknowledge one thing. No matter how much I worry.I will not let it falter me in anyway. It's ok to worry.IMO it gives you a heightened awareness(at least to a specific subject).I just make sure and believe that no matter how aware we are.It still may not constitute to anything every come situation.

Oh, lots. Then I'm mellow for a while. I'm either as a chill as a guy who has just smoked something illegal, or I'm fretting over something minor.

I worry all the time, I worry about even minorly offending people, specifically people I don't know.

Example: Someone says hello to me, whether I know them or not, and I didn't hear them, just to have my friend next to me call me an asshole for ignoring them. Then I feel super bad

“If a problem is fixable, if a situation is such that you can do something about it, then there is no need to worry. If it's not fixable, then there is no help in worrying. There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.” With that quote is how I stopped worrying and made life better.

Anxiety disorders are among the most prevalent of all mental disorders. I think the number of people who suffer from one form or another is around 20%. Most of the time the person who suffers with it knows that most of the worry is irrational, but they just can't help but to feel that way. Good thing is they are easily treated and people have good outlooks when they get help. Personally, I thought that I was just going to have to deal with getting panic attacks often and there was nothing that could be done about it. I wish I actually sought out help sooner.

Sometimes I tend to over worry about my future, what I'm going to do, where I'm going to go, who I'm going to be with, stuff like that. I worry a lot about how I'm going to deal with the loss of a family member or a pet too.

Lately, I have been worrying a lot these days. To the point where it is not necessary. I just want to know if somewhere out there someone does the same.

I feel worry when something can go wrong or needs attention. Often for me, it deals with changes....Worry is an useful alarm.

Oh yes, constantly. I've been diagnosed with anxiety, so that's probably why.
Best way to not worry; get a nice cup of sleepy time tea, and either meditate or read a boring book!

Sometimes but only when it is really something to worry about. Things usually work out alright though so I probably don't have to worry quite as much as I do.

I try not to worry.
When I do worry I'm usually stresses and I worry that that my friends will notice (they always do), and then I worry that they might start worry about me......
