There's always anxiety and worry in life. I feel like it's because we always want to develop and progress to another stage in life, and so we either compare our progress to others, or create ridiculous expectations for what we want to achieve, and unrealistic time frames to achieve them. Other worries are social ones.

"Do I fit in"
"Does she like me?"
"Am I social enough, or is it fine how it is"
"Did I ruin my impression to where I won't be employed?"
"Is what I'm doing leading to a short-term goal or a long term goal?"
"Am I satisfied with what I'm doing, or do I want to commit to another direction?
"Will I ever make this a good habit or will I always put it off?"
"Will this ever become a passion or is it just another passing interest?"
"Will I get to have my head transplanted onto a monkey's body?"
"Am I content in having to wait to do these things later in life as apposed to while I'm still young and adventurous?"
"Will the lower life expectancy of people with my disorder be true for me?"
"Am I truly satisfied with how I've lived up to this point?"

Those are some of my worries and anxieties, at least.

This may be helpful for some.

I do my best to avoid worrying. It is needless and costly of emotional energy better spent in different ways.

i worry about everything ... sometimes it gets out of hand and i don't sleep for days on end ... and then well, i get loopy from lack of sleep ... everyone in my personal life is always on "stress-patrol" when it comes to me ... sometimes those closest to you can see or sense the stress or worry when you can't ... it's good to have amazing people in your life!

I believe I am by nature a nervous person. Being an introvert with a high level of empathy for others makes me worry a lot about not only how my actions or talk can affect others but also how they may affect me as well.

I constantly worry about everything, little things that to me feel like big things, big things that feel like huge things, I worry about speaking to people I don't know including on the phone maybe more so, I worry about how little time there is left in a day no matter what time it is, I am worried about saying to someone that I worry about all this and more.

I used to worry myself sick, literally. (I still lose my lunch randomly and with no provocation, but whatever.) Then at 21 I was diagnosed with adult ADHD, and I realized that I had been using anxiety as a tool to keep myself on task. And also I had such horrible focus issues that at any given moment I was certain to have forgotten something important, and was likely saying the wrong thing at the wrong time to the wrong person, usually too loudly, so I had legitimate reasons for social anxiety.

Anyway, I'm better now. I use a Google calendar to keep track of everything I need to do. I don't behave much better than before, but I care a lot less so I'm pretty happy and worry-free.
