I keep getting disconnected from the crunchroll ap on my xbox 360 but I am not having any internet connection troubles , and there are times the connection lag's to where the ap has to buffer 10 times for 2 minutes of video.

What do you mean by disconnected?

The app is logging you out?
You're watching a video and then get disconnected?

Happens to me occasionally. Usually fixes with the "Retry" button. You could always re-install the app, or check your xbox's connection to the internet.

first I open the ap then I select what to watch then start the video and 6 times out of 10 it works right but the other 4 times it has to buffer several times and if the buffering times out I get a message asking if I want to refresh or exit the ap

I was having the issue while using an ISP provided modem; what hardware modem/router are you using?

Is there any way you can get a photo of the screen you're encountering?

Also, can you tell me some of the shows / episodes this happens on?

Not intending to hijack a thread here, but I tooo have just started watching Naruto and Bleach episodes, im on 120 of bleach and 45 of Naruto and am constantly faced with the "loading " icon of xbox360 (the two circles) then a screen pops up thats says

Crunchyroll Server Unavailable Error
Sorry, the Crunchyroll server isnt available right
now. Please try again later. For more
information, go to www.xbox.com/status

There is 2 options from this point, Retry or Exit

I have a very strong internet connection i am hardwired to my xbox, my internet is on and active and yet it happens at least once if not
twice every episode.

Hope this can be of some assistance in correcting it, its.... frustrating.

edit:

heres the image

and my internet

Just trying to help:
1. Is this new behavior?
2. Has any network configuration (hardware/connection/router settings) changed recently?
3. What is the make and model of your modem & router or gateway (combined modem/router)?
