In Soviet Russia, car drives you!

In United States, cops kill innocents!

In Japan, all the women are beautiful.

I'm a person with normal U.S mixed ancestry (At least 5 ethnicity's lol) so I really don't know of any culture things, maybe our gun rights? I have never used a gun but I would never want that to go away.

I want to jokingly throw out the "freedom" and "'Murica" words since that could be culture too.

I can't think of any uniquely Irish customs that people still carry out.

Most of that stuff has died out.

In america, the custom for one night stands is to take naked camera photos of the girl when she's got her face buried in your pillow.

In american movie theaters, it's customary for black people to yell out things at the movie screen, like as if the actors can hear them.

In NYC it's customary to walk really god damn fast on the sidewalks to the point where you end up shoving school children, old ladies, and handicapped people into traffic.

In Connecticut it's customary to cross the street and walk on the opposite side of the road when a black man is walking toward you.

In Alabama when buying a new vehicle, it's customary to leave your old vehicle on the front lawn until it becomes a rusted out eyesore.

In South Carolina, it's customary to fly the defunct flag of the defeated southern Confederacy if you're a redneck, or the U.S. flag if you aren't.

In California, it's customary for yuppies to wear their infants like hiking equipment, especially while grocery shopping. Also, it's customary to put a leash on children capable of walking. Tethering them to their mothers with the use of clamps and cables normally only used for rock climbing is seen as the norm.

I heard that in the USA, the US flag can't touch the floor because if it does you have to burn it! D:

Is that true?

Here in the Netherlands it's a custom to give three kisses on the cheek when you meet family or close friends.
Which can be awkward for visitors, most people don't kiss at all, or only once or twice which means you end up hovering your face into someone else's personal space.

It's also considered very rude to talk about income or expensive purchases you made, by default it would mean that you're bragging about your wealth.

Also it's completely acceptable to bring your own sandwich with chocolate sprinkles to work, even if you're a 40 year something dude.
Hagelslag, look it up, it's a thing.

And we like being direct so much, others often think we're being offensive. We make a lot of direct eyecontact and often find just "yes" or "no" acceptable answers which often comes off as intimidating. That's about it, I guess.

In France it's considered rude to put your elbows on the table. I don't know why.
My mother also told me that in Comoros if you put your head into your hands, it means that you have no mother...
