Being on the cover of that magazine is a MUSICAL PRIVILEGE... How the hell does he deserve that privilege?
Stupid...

Exactly. He doesn't deserve to be up there, especially since he did what he did to our country.

...It's just got to be a marketing scheme. There's no other explanation!

"Hey people! We're featuring and criticizing something you already hate! Buy this with money!"

That's so low.

Kind of in bad taste for me, especially that I live within 5 minutes of Boston. If I'm not mistaken, didn't TIME magazine make like Bin Laden man of the year one time too, or something like that. I think magazines just try to appeal with 'shock value' to sell their product. Putting a terrorist on a cover of a popular magazine just glorifies them whether it was the magazines intention or not.

I don't even read Rolling Stones anymore... it's not musically relevant.

People still read magazines? Well I guess if a magazine was the last reading material left on earth it would suffice as brain food but still...

This is terrible. It would be like if MTV stopped playing shows about music...

Exactly. The last time they actually helped people discover new or good music was like 20 years ago.

Anyway, if putting the bomber on their cover gets people riled up, debating and discussing things, then kudos to them.

It's just a marketing scheme so that they can attract more people is it disrespectful. Sure it is, but that is business it nothing new. Sadly when it comes to making money businesses will tend to do anything.

So that's how you get onto the cover of a big magazine?

Nah, that's messed up, it's like giving Saddam Hussein the Nobel Peace Prize, or the guy who kills women and children overseas with drone strikes........wait. But in all seriousness, it's just a marketing ploy.
