Hi,

I saw the CR app on PSN and really liked the shows I saw and I signed up for the 30 day trial.
Then I was hooked on Town Doctor Jumbo!!, so I wanted to upgrade to a All-Access account.
But the upgrade option keeps saying there is no way for me to upgrade from my current trial.

I am tempted to go to the 14-day then try again for the all-access. But I do not wish to risk double or triple
subscription billing and the nightmare of dealing with a credit card company.

Please help or guide me towards a solution.
Thank you.

Go to settings then Premium Membership Status and see if you can upgrade that way. Or maybe you just have to wait a few days before you can actually upgrade.

Thank you! I tried that, but I have no Drama option. Only Anime...

My fear is that I do not want to get double or tripled billed. But I am *craving* more Town Clinic Jumbo!! and Night x Night.

I am really tempted to just cancel and *hope* the premium option actually appears. The free 30 days is nice to look everything over. But I'm sold and I want to go in for at least the next four months of Premium. I just don't want to have to create a whole new account if I don't have to.

Thoughts/suggestions?

The 30-day free trial is only usable on anime, not drama.

What you have to do is cancel your free trial, then re-subscribe into a premium. At that point, you can choose which kind of membership you want: Anime-only, Drama-only, or All-Access.

If you haven't been charged already, then you shouldn't be charged at all for canceling. You will, however, get charged when you re-subscribe into an all-access membership.

I don't understand why you think you'll get double- or triple-billed, but if that does actually happen, send an e-mail through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. The staff here does a good job to make sure that you're treated fairly in regard to your hard-earned money; they'll refund to you what is rightfully yours.

Edit: Also, if you accidentally choose the wrong membership, they'll fix that for you as well.

Hiya!

If you want I can cancel your current trial so you can then sign up through your PS3 for the 30 day All-Access Trial.

Would you like me to do that?

Best,

But I just did the 30-Day trial through the PSN and it only gave me Anime as option. That is why I was confused when it told me I needed All-Access Premium to watch the Drama stuff.

I have no problems paying for All-Access Premium now. I just don't want to lose my account or have to redo everything. If you could change my status to All Access Premium now, I would be grateful.

Thank you.

ADD:

Specifically, the PSN tells me to goto crunchyroll.com/upgrade_plan when I try to do any Drama.

Thank you again for your time.
