I ended my subscription a few months ago because of this same issue and decided to come back to see if CrunchyRoll had gained some more server capacity. Welp was I wrong! On my 10mbps connection a 1080p episode lags constantly. Just, non stop. Heck, the UHD feature from Netflix never lags. Ever. PC's not the problem; I am running a 3770k and a GTX670. My Firefox is updated, my Flash is updated. Unacceptable really =/. Hinders the enjoyment so much.

They will probably just link me to the Video FAQ guide and propose no real solution. Thank goodness its only a 30 day trial or else I'd be angry I paid again for this.

Nah its just overall frustration. I really want to watch some of the shows!

The thing is... Crunchyroll is not a fansite. It;s a professional and commercial website, and facing these woes (and reading some of the threads I am not alone) is very frustrating especially as an anime fan. I will use the Contact Us form as previously requested, but as I said... I don't think we'll get anywhere. It seems to be a capacity problem and no guides or FAQ will help. I've ran a few speed tests and reset my router/modem, and I am getting perfect 10.30+mbps in almost all 10 servers I tried. The PC is a high end gaming machine; it won't struggle. I am sorry, it's just frustrating. I want to support but I can't support a bad service.

I get the stuttering too especially during peak times during evenings and weekends.

I have the same problem, is not me either. I have a good gaming computer (i7 and a GTX 670) on a 25mbps connection. The only website that I have lagging problems is here. Hulu is perfect so is netflix and youtube.
