To use the 30 day trial membership it says a valid form of renewal must be on file, which is fine. I was a premium member before, they still have my card on file, the problem is when i go to activate my membership, it tells me (Please enter the card's security code!) but theres nowhere on the page to put the credit card security code. No empty boxes.

Try going to your billing info page and removing the card on file. Then, try signing up. Doing so should fix your issue.
