Was watching Rio: Rainbow Gate ep 9 and it froze at around the 20 min mark.

Tried refreshing the page and it just sat there loading for several minutes.

Tried going back to my queue, same thing.

Closed Firefox and tried logging back on...it took awhile for even the login page to load.

I verifed that it wasn't an ISP or PC issue.

Anyone else getting delays in getting to their anime, or anything else on CR right now?

I'm surprised I was even able to load the forums page to make this post.

I haven't been on the actual site much today, but it's been loading fine.
Although, the xbox version on the other hand just disconnected 7 times while I was searching through my Queue and other titles. Started watching an anime and it skipped 20 seconds in, and then disconnected at 1 minute in.
I'm having delays in loading my anime on xbox, which I've never seemed to have any problems of.
As I'm saying this it skips another 10 seconds ahead after the opening. In these circumstances I can't go back to the point I skipped, it's as though it's corrupted.

No I havn't but I can no longer post on peoples guest books unless they send me a post on mine first. Its so annoying. I click the post button and nothing happens so I have to wait till someone sends me a post and open the notification thing and reply from that to post on theres. Oh yeah I also can not add people who send me friend request. I will click accept and nothing happens so I have to go to their page if I want to add them and add them from there so it will give me a message saying they sent me a request and we are friend. I hate that crap. It may be my computer tho.

I'm guessing there's some kind of site maintenance going on right now... Computers can't run forever without maintenance, and they do occasionally have hardware failures beyond anything you could plan to avoid...

Let me start out by saying I'm sorry you (and many others) are having problems with the streams being slow :(
Just so you know, we've been testing out some new servers to alleviate some of the server stress.
Here's a quote from Baker (Customer Service)

I read that post a few days back from Baker. But the problems tonight are beyond the streaming issues. Navigating from page to page (even logging in) takes forever.

I took me a few minutes to even get back to this thread so I could respond.

Unless those changes indicated by Baker affect more than just the streaming stuff (which would be a bizarre way of doing things imo) something else is happening tonight.

I'm not entirely sure where the stress factor is happening, but I can tell you that I forwarded these threads to customer service, and that they've forwarded it on to the engineers, they're a good team and they will work to fix the issue as quick as possible. They've already begun looking into it.

Yeah it's been a yoyo all night. It's down again. I think I'll finally get some sleep and try my marathon another night.. lol
