I have LOL I just had to ask because I ran into someone pretty young who didn't understand the exact references but still found certain lines funny. (Person was not from the USA either so they didn't know certain pop culture references)

It's just a parody, anyone that doesn't own the rights they are using really has no right to be mad or disprove.
