Hi there,

I'm using my iPhone 4, OS version 6.1.3, and am having issues with the notification option. I have made sure that notifications are allowed from the CrunchyRoll app in the notifications section of my phone's options. But, when I try to turn the "New Show Alerts" in the Notifications section of the crunchyroll app to ON, two seconds later, the app automatically turns it back to OFF. I'm not sure what is going on or what to do to fix the issue. Has anyone else had an incident similar to this? Is there something I am missing?

You say you're setting it in the App, but what is it set to here when you use a web browser?

Edit: Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me, either, why queue notifications are a separate email subscription thing, rather than being included with all the other notifications... Maybe something to do with that is the actual root of what's happening to you...

I just updated to 2.14 and it is working now. I could have sworn I just updated a few days ago! Perhaps the recent patch fixed this bug or something similar? Thank you for your help and sorry for the silly question! ^^;
