That is odd. I used the image in your previous post and it worked fine for me. I'm assuming there is something different between that image and the one you tried to use.

Try this: Save the working image in your previous post to your computer. Then use that image to set your avi. Let's see if that works.

I'm not sure either, but I'd guess it was some issue with transparency. You should look at both files in PS and see what's different.

Need some help please :<
I can upload square gif perfectly but when I turn it into circle it cause a problem
This is the original gif

and this looks like when it uploaded to crunchyroll

Whatever tool was used to create this gif saved it with optimizations. Photoshop does this by default. Unfortunately, optimized gifs can throw CR off when it imports the layers during the upload. The simplest thing to do is to use GIMP's unoptimize feature.

Older thread but still very helpful. Thanks, I was just able to fix one of my gif's to post here on the forums because of this thread.
