Hey guys,

I'd like to cancel my subscription, I just bought it for 3 months but when I was about to click cancel I got to a different screen where I could go back to my account or cancel it anyway. It warned me about:

Remember, when canceling your membership:

Cancellation will be effective immediately.
We are unable to give refunds for partial months of membership remaining. You can sign up for a Crunchyroll Premium Membership at any time, although you will not be eligible for another free trial if you have used one previously.

So I was worried that it'd immediately remove my status as anime member, so my question was that if anyone could explain me how to cancel it without losing my status or if nothing would happen if I did click "Complete cancellation".

Or if any admin could remove the auto-renewal.

I've been needing CR to cancel recurring payments on my account but hasn't been done. It's been about 3-4 months of paying for service I don't use. Please help

If you want to flat out cancel without worrying about missed time, you can do that on your own on your account page. If you want to cancel the automatic renewal, then you will need help from crunchyroll staff.

I need to stop reoccurring payments. I would rather have access to a site I don't use than pay for the month and not be able to access it.

Since you purchased a Premium Membership subscription through iTunes, follow this link for management instructions:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098

Once you cancel recurring payments in iTunes you'll have access for the rest of your paid month and will not be charged again going forward.

WE NEED TO CHANGE THE BILLING DATE! THEY KEEP CHARGING AHEAD OF TIME! THEY REALLY NEED TO STICK WITH HONORING THE DATE a person SET UP SERVICES WITH THEM...! ours is the 1st, and they keep charging my account on the 30th or 31st - NOT OK...DAMN IT!... i've had to deposit $2 each time in my account to avoid an overdraft charge - DAMN IT ! !!! now theyve emailed me the following two different emails -

The date of the transaction
If you are being billed from a credit card:
Your full name as it appears on your credit card
The brand of your credit card (e.g. Visa)
The last 4 digits of your credit card number
The expiration date of your credit card
The billing zip code of your credit card
If you are being billed through iTunes:
Your iTunes email address
A copy of your iTunes receipt
If you are being billed through PayPal:
The primary email of your PayPal account

We never emailed back confirming that since it's not possible to change the billing dates.

We do not have set payment dates.

We have a 30 day Monthly Membership.

This means your payment date is going to change because not every month has 30 days.

You can keep track of your subscription here:

I've disabled your renewal, so you can repurchase a new subscription on the days you would like to be billed.

I would recommend purchasing gifts and gifting yourself every month instead:

That way you can control your expiry and billing date.

You are paying for 30 days with the monthly membership, so with some months having 31 days (and February having less than 30), the date is going to change.

Your next billing date is always shown on the following page, so it isn't as if you don't have advance warning:

i have no clue if i am on the free trial or not and i need to cancel my membership. sorry.
i cant even find the exit survey link or even the cancel membership option in my settings
please help

As of 46 minutes after you posted your message, you were showing as a normal (non-premium) member. Apparently either you weren't on a free trial or I assume you managed to find a way to cancel.

Unless you have a different account than the one you are posting with, you don't appear to need any help. Your account shows as "normal" and you have no star after your name...
