For the last four months I've attempted to cancel my account useing your website but each damn month I find a charge to my account. For the love of Darwin please cancel my damn account and stop stealing my money!!! RAWR!!!!

I canceled my account a long time ago but noticed I was still being charged on January. I sent in a inquiry but they haven't done anything since then, they only said they were busy and that they would try to reply to me within 2 days. It's been about 3 weeks since then and i'm still being charged. Was wondering if I could get help here.

Hello, I need help canceling my next renewal/Membership Subscription. Ive just started my account but, I just didn't like the fact that Naruto Shippuden wasint ENG Dubbed and that was the only reason i made my account. I've tried canceling but it says it validating my payment method. I want to cancel before my 14 day trial "as soon as possible" ended so, i wont have to pay for the month.

If you've just signed up, wait 24-48 hours and then try again. It should work at that time.

Hi, I've been trying to cancel all day yesterday and early this morning before I got billed for the monthly renew... but sadly i couldn't get it to cancel and I'm now charged the 6.95$ :(

I sent in a ticket and I hope this will get a faster response!
