You can cancel right on the settings page.

Since you purchased via iTunes, you would need to cancel from there instead. Follow this link for management instructions:

If you purchased your subscription through Crunchyroll, you should be able to cancel yourself on the settings page.

If you purchased through ITunes then you need to follow instructions at http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098

If you did not purchase through iTunes and are still having trouble canceling, then use the Contact Us link to contact Crunchyroll support directly.

I have emailed and been trying to cancel all payment, and it has been a few months and no ibne has gotten back to me yet. I really need it canceled ASAP. Please help.

Can you check if it is in your Spam Folder?

Most email hosts/clients clear out messages that are older than 30 days in spam/junk folders. This may explain why you don't see the message starry mentioned, and why it's a good idea to make it a habit to check for false positives at least once a month.

If you send customer support a new message, make sure to check your junk mail folder within the first couple days, or add "[email protected]" to your junk mail filter's whitelist and/or your email contacts to keep new messages from CR from being flagged.

As stated above, you can cancel by going to your /acct page. Unless you are subscribed through iTunes, in which case you will need to cancel through Apple's systems.

If you have trouble cancelling your account on the website, you should /contact customer support directly, since they don't provide billing support in the forums.

I'm sorry for asking but I can't find what to click on my account page?
Change plan will make me pay for something I've already paid for this month, and upgrade will make my account more expensive.
