Check the "Membership Status" area on that same page. If it says "No" next to "Recurring" then you shouldn't be charged at the end of your current billing cycle.

I would like to update to an all access premium but I don't know how to do it with iTunes all I managed to do was cancel the recurring but not the full subscription so I can redo with a new one

Hello, I signed up for the free two weeks trial a few weeks ago. However, since I'm now having some money issues, I'll have to cancel the monthly subscription.

Which is a mighty shame, since I'm loving being able to watch Fate/Stay Night immediately after its released.

Edit: Nevermind. I found the Account Management page. I assume the "Cancel Reoccurring Payments" option still allows me to reactivate the Premium Membership once I want to pay again, while the second option cancels it completely and forces me to re-register when the time comes?

Just buy it by the year. it is cheaper and you always get charged on the same day of the same month.

I need the renewal taken off I just accidentally did it when trying to cancel completely and was charged 6.50 :/ this disappoints me please help.

You can cancel recurring payments yourself from the /acct page. If you just signed up, it could take 24-48 hours before the option is available.

If you signed up through iTunes, you'll need to follow their instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098.

If you need to discuss a refund, you'll have to /contact customer support directly, since they don't handle billing inquiries on the forums.

It looks like you're a normal member now, but if you didn't figure out how to cancel your account yourself, you can do so in the future by going to your /acct page, clicking the "Cancel..." button, and following the prompts.

Thank you. Now since I have gone through this a few other times and was still charged what steps would I need to take if on the 18th of this month I am charged again as I have been in the past?
Would nuking my account cause all payments to stop no matter what? If that is the case I will gladly do that now.

I don't know if nuking your account would make sure that you wouldn't be billed incorrectly, and could cause more problems.

You should /contact customer support directly to address any billing issues, but there may be a bit of a backlog due to the problems CR is working to correct.

Also, make sure you don't have any other accounts associated with your billing information.
