Follow these instructions.

Keep in mind if you've signed up for a free trial, you may not be able to cancel for the first 24-48 hours. Also, I believe cancelling during the free trial still terminates the membership immediately (since you haven't paid for anything yet). Once you've paid you'll have the option of cancelling the membership or just disabling automatic renewal.

Hello. I am being charged 20$ for having a membership or a premium membership with crunchyroll. I would like that to be canceled on one of my accounts.
I own three and every time i got to each sepret account i cant find where i can cancel it. On all three of my accounts that all say that i am a "member" not a "Premium member". Am i being charged just to be a member or what? Also on any of the three accounts not one of them is showing me that i used to own a "Premium membership" so what exactly am i being charged with?
Im thinking of deleting all three of the accounts but i dont know if that will stop the billing to my credit card. Will it stop charging me if i delete the three accounts? Or will it continue to keep charging me?
Can Someone pleas help me or give me directions on what to do. Pleas?

On a free account, there is nothing to "cancel", but you can kill or "nuke" the account:

If you are being/have been charged even though you don't have any Premium accounts you should contact support directly using the Contact Us form to get things sorted out. Maybe you have a premium account that you forgot about? (Also, $20 seems an odd amount--more like a three-month membership than monthly.)
