CR has a 15 day grace period, while trying to reprocess the charge, so if it's still active after a few more days, you might want to try contacting support again.

Well, it's been 17 days now (19 days since I contacted support) and my account is still running with a pending charge... Really confused as to why support hasn't responded yet...

I also seem to been having problem, and I am a Premium member who periodically cancel and then come back depending on what anime is starting that month.
I signed up to cancel my membership last month, asking the recurring payment to stop next month (March). Instead, I got an email that my membership was cancelled immediately, so I contacted CS at Billing, who told me that I am fine.
Then this month, instead of payment stopping, I got charged. I contacted CS, asking to be cancel and refunded. The first response? Was a solution for video payback issues! I noticed that I accidentally contacted CS at Membership instead of Billing. So I thought maybe I just sent it to the wrong department, who apparently can't read English. So I tried Billing. No response. IT'S BEEN A WEEK! Tried Twitter, no response.
It's bad enough that no one bother to contact me when there was a shipment problem with the mystery bag - which I only found out through research - now no one reads my request as a premium member, and I can't cancel my membership either! I don't know what is going on this year, but at this rate, I will probably never come back as a customer!

You can't cancel the current month, as your payment for March has not gone through yet. Make sure that happens and then try again.

I am getting the same problem. I did get a message in the website email, from Crunchybot, saying my membership was cancelled, however when I go look at the settings of my account, it still shows that i'm subscribed and next billing date will be on 4/2/2015.

DO NOT BILL ME, and please cancel my membership.

You guys really need to fix your cancellation page. It's confusing as well, because one choice is to cancel recurring payments, and the other is to cancel membership. People should not be forced to fill out a survey to cancel, and you should change it so that it does not require people to answer the questions.

Fix the website to show that the membership was cancelled.

I sure hope I don't have to contact my credit card company to dispute a charge if you end up charging me again.

I'm having an issue where it says my account is active, i.e. it's charged me for the month, but I can't cancel it. It gives me the option to either "renew" or "upgrade" only. I wasn't planning on keeping it active for now, what can I do?

If you are seeing a "renew" option, it sounds as if automatic renewal has been successfully disabled (as an account that renews automatically has no need of such an option).

How do I cancel my subscription? That's what I want to do, but I don't see an option to do so.
