You can cancel after your payment information has been verified, which takes 24-48 hours. Cancelling during the free trial period will also end your trial membership benefits.

i would like to cancel my membership. i just finished the free trial and i dont want to pay for another months worth. im not sure but i think that it renews tonight and i cant find the cancel subscription button or i dont know how to cancel it please help!

You can cancel your subscription from your /acct page, but if the charge is already pending, you'll need to /contact customer support directly to reverse the charge.

Just wanted to comment that the immediate termination of membership benefits is customer hostile and out of step with much of the rest of the industry (Netflix, Marvel Unlimited, Amazon Prime, Audible to name a few). If you want to get your full money's worth, you basically have to wait until the end of the period before they bill you again and cancel right on the brink. If you're off by a day and they've billed you again, you're either stuck with it for another month or out a full month's fee. It's bullshit.

CR added the ability to cancel renewal without immediately cancelling your premium membership months ago. You can also /contact customer support, and request they process a refund to your account.

I also need my automatic renewal cancelled because i just came across Crunchyroll and wanted to try out the 2 week trial and I don't have the money for it to renew. If any of the CR crew can do this that would be great!

Is there a reason you can't cancel yourself? If you've tried, and got an error message, it's likely your payment information is still going through the initial verification process (24-48 hours), or your membership payment is pending. If the latter, you'll need to /contact customer support directly to work with them, as billing issues aren't handled via the forums.

By the way, the date on your profile shows that you didn't "just" come across CR.

I need help canceling my subscription please someone help. My account status says normal and yet I am being billed for a membership. I have repeatedly tried to cancel my account altogether but it does not work. Please someone help me.

I also need my automatic renewal cancelled because i just came across Crunchyroll and wanted to try out the 2 week trial and I don't have the money for it to renew. If any of the CR crew can do this that would be great! Thanks.

It appears you just signed up today, and normally cancellation is not available during the first 24-48 hours. After that period, you should be able to cancel it yourself on this page:
https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/membership/

Be aware that when you cancel the trial, expect your premium membership benefits to end right away. (It is called a "trial" for a reason, and cancelling indicates you've already decided not to subscribe).
