so i plan to watch every episodes and i never read the manga! now i know these might be a bad thing but i don't care i like to try new things plus i wanted to try it.
but does anyone know if the anime is following the same route as the manga skipping the fillers of course lol i know in the future it can end up like bleach ends in the middle lol

so i guess that is it i just want to know if that is a good idea.

From someone who started watching Naruto before I knew what real anime was, I'll recommend to you not to waste your time.

I won't hate on Naruto, because it's not a bad show, it's just fine. It's not breathtaking and you won't miss anything from not watching its current 400 some odd episodes. In that time you could be watching over 20-40 shows that are so much superior. Literally. Perhaps even more. There's no reason to get into one of the long running shounens at this day in age. If by chance you decide that you're definitely going to watch this huge show (probably because at this point in time you cannot differentiate between good and bad anime)pull up an episode guide while you watch.

The anime follows the manga when you neglect filler (because that's kind of what filler means).
