Yeah, I enjoy being active. I go swimming, jogging and mountain biking all in a week. It's great fun and good to combat health issues and uni stress I end up feeling lousy if I don't go...

I do exercise quite a lot, daily. I jog with my dog at least once or twice a day, then I do cardio. Or if I really want to torture myself, i do http://youtu.be/xDpB8pWEjhk even tho this girl is so annoying sometime =.=''

When you study and work, finding some time to exercise isn't the easiest thing to do. But it's truly important to find some time to exercise, at least, an hour each day. That's what I try to do everyday.

Can't jog or run or even walk hard since I have injured both my feet but I'm at the gym 5 times / week.

I do a rotation of workouts 6 days a week. Lasting 40 minutes, I do 4 separate 10 minute exercises. I can't run anymore because of a leg injury, but I make the most of it. I do 1.5 miles on a Nordictrack from the 80's, but it gets the job done. I think it is important to do some sort of exercise at least 3 days a week. Even when I had a broken leg and couldn't even walk on it, I was in the basement working out on the Total Gym.

i work out 5 times a week (well at least i try to :p sometimes things get in the way)
but i have a strong rule that before i sit down to watch anime or read or play video games i have to work out first cause i know myself and if i dont do it early in the day i never will :p

I hate running for any distance, it gets boring to me. I do try to exercise a bit each day, though, focusing on different things.

For fun I've also made it a habit to always do something during a show's opening/closing sequences (or during commercials) - do squats, curls, jumping jacks, pushups, whatever. The song gives me a beat to work to, as well as a time minimum and a reason to get out of my seat. Not the best workout ever, but it's something!

I do exercises everyday when I'm bored, gym three days a week, and cardio on the weekends.
