I am not the typical otaku who sits on his ass all day and does't do jack.

I work out every day of the week (with the occasional exception of saturday) for two hours. Overall, I feel pretty fit.

Every once in a while I feel energetic and run. Literally one day I was just sitting down and thought to myself "I should run a bit" then I got up and ran two miles.

Nope. Lack of muscle strength from having cerebral palsy means I don't bother. I struggle to even lift a one-pound weight.

I lift everyday! Except rest day. That's the day that I think about lifting until the next day.

I wish I could exercise every day, but when friday comes around I've worked myself so hard at the gym it would be detrimental to do anything in the weekend. I hope it's just a matter of time before I can exercise too on saturdays. Every day throughout the week might be pushing it.

I need to exercise more because I've been overweight my whole life but nothing seems to work

I'm even currently a senior blue belt in Taekwondo and a weapons specialist, but even after 3 years so far doing it, I still can't lose all this weight and gain more muscle -__-

Although right now I can't do much but sit on my ass because I tore my ACL in my left knee during Taekwondo and had to have surgery to get it fixed on Sept 5th last month. Now all I do is go to Physical Therapy three times a week.......I guess that can count as getting exercise lol, while I go to Taekwondo on the other two weekdays and just do upper body weapons training

Even though I would consider myself unhealthy with my excess weight and whatnot, I'm a health freak and I always encourage and support friends and family who want to be healthier and I'll even help them, I just can't seem to do it for myself even though I try and try and try over and over again.

I'm relatively active, I do a lot of sports stuff. Soccer, swimming, karate. I can't stand just flat-out running though, IDK why.

Interesting question, I actually signed up for Crunchyroll as a motivation to use my elliptical machine on daily basis during lunch. I just stream anime to a tablet that conveniently hooks into the machine's sound system and go to it. I'm shocked at how motivated I am now because I have great anime to look forward to watching

I've been exercising 4 times a week for the past 3 months. I haven't lost much weight because I still eat like a fat man, but I feel great.
