Used to work out/exercise a ton in highschool; did track, football, and soccer. Snapped Achilles tendon and anime binge-ing later, I am an out of shape, typical nerd, bookworm, lol. Oh how time changed me, I never would have thought I would become such a nerd...
I used to lift heavy weights to release my rage/stress/etc. but nowadays I just watch anime or play piano, lol.

Yeah, I workout in the gym almost everyday for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, with sunday being my rest day. I play football so I kinda have to workout. Plus, lifting weights in the gym is a GREAT stress reliever. Whenever I'm pissed, stressed, I just hit the gym and take it out on the weights. I do cardio also, but not as frequently as weight lifting.

I run 3-5 times a week, with a goal of 25km. I do dumbbells 3-5 a week and still have time to watch anime

As well 1-2 6.2miles competitions a month

I exercise every once in a while. I really like the weight I'm at currently so every week or so I work out 30min - 1hr to make sure I stay at around the same weight. I have a fast metabolism and I don't eat very many calories a day so that's all I need to do. \o/ I'd like to go running because I actually like running but I just moved and don't my way around my new town yet. >___<

don't go to the gym at all because it feel's so generic, instead I like to play sports with friends. Time flies by when your excerising with friends or family

Same here. I've recently (a couple of months back) started out with just walking daily. Now I can jog for more than a couple of seconds without completely feeling broken down. I usually go for 5min, then walk for 3. And since I barely started this routine, I jog three times a week. walk or rest the rest of the days.

The hardest part is starting, then the hardest part becomes quitting.

5 days a week I do about a hour of strength training and 20-40 min of treadmill running. Including treadmill and outdoor running I usually run 6-7 days a week. I find the gym and running to be great for stress reduction and just clearing your head from all the clutter that work and daily life brings. As a bonus its also healthy for you :P

I find myself craving running, especially if I miss a day. There are days were I run 2-3 times a day if I can fit it in to my schedule.

I workout while I watch anime:) I use the exercise bike, park it in front of the tv, and work away. I'm aiming for almost every day, but at least four times a week.

Ha, no. I told myself I would start exercising when I started high school, that was six years ago. Haven't started yet. I get a decent workout everyday walking across campus to different classes, though.

I go jogging once in awhile. It's really difficult at first but after a while it feels really nice. Plus you get to explore your neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Exercise 6/7 days a week, you need atleast one day to let your body rest. But I head to the gym and do Zumba, kickboxing, treadmill, elliptical. And on Tuesdays/Thursday I exercise twice. Ran a mile not too long ago.
