I workout every chance I get since it's my way to unwind myself of all the daily stressors. I used to run religiously but ever since the accident my workout regiment consists of mainly swimming and hitting the weights.

I exercise for about 45 minutes to an hour, 4-5 days a week.

Whoa, way too many people who actually exercise.

Am I alone in being extremely lazy with no excuses? Although I guess being underweight and probably not eating enough doesn't really give me any reason to exercise.

I used to not exercise much, but I decided to take up karate. Since then I exercise probably 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes total. Since I work a call center job I find stopping to do some crunches and push-ups helps re-energize me quite well.

Define "Frequently" lol Umm I don't need to because I don't eat very often But I Skateboard. and do A few sit ups buttnacked before taking showers but only because I read somewhere that having a lean/toned stomach can help with the back/spins alignment.

I used to get up have breakfast, go for a walk for 1 hour , then come home and go on the trampoline for about 30 mins. maby have launch.
then go for a run for about 4 miles + 4 miles running or walking back. then come home have dinner, wait 1 hour and do some weights, sit ups and other stuff.

did this every day for 1 year and got really skinny and started to do more weight lifting instead and got muscle. but i don't really care about doing that stuff now and only do a tiny tiny bit and enjoy myself more.

I workout pretty often. 4 to 5 times a week actually. I got addicted to it after watching so much wrestling and Dragonball Z.


I'm not the biggest guy out there, but i'm not the smallest. It's become a life style for me, and I love it. Eventually, I want to look like Brock Lesnar. Just all kindz of disrespectul. ALL KINDZ!!!!!!
