3-4 days of the week, run 4 miles every morning with a sauna suit underneath my sweatshirt, and lift light weights for an hour in the after noon and finish off with 2 mile run... i hate running soo bad but i quit boxing since every boxing gym wants me to get my boxing License but im tool lazy for that.

I love doing blogilaties by Cassey Ho. She works you through the whole workout plus she makes it fun! I highly recommend doing her exercises on YouTube!

I run a mile or two and work out for 2 hours 5 days a week, and I fence for 2 hours 2 days a week. It's hard to fit into my schedule thanks to my physics computer science double major, but I manage =]

I used to go to the gym 3-5 times a week to do cardio, but for one reason or another I have stopped and I cant motivate myself to start going again, *sigh*

I was doing the treadmill 4 times a week for awhile, but then I hurt my back. I also do light weight training. I have taken a month off though so my body can heal. Once I am 100%, back to working out again.

I'll admit it, running does get VERY old at times. But it really is my favorite form of exercise. The during part of it sucks, but the amazing feeling afterwards is what I live for lol.

I do this every month or so. I'll just stop for a couple of days but like I said in my first post, I always end up coming back. I just feel terrible now if I don't keep exercising on a pretty regular basis.

My back has started to hurt me too. When I was little I hurt it, and ever since any time I do any physical activity it really starts to ache. So for a few years I didn't do any exercise and then I started back in 12th grade. It hurt me a little but not like it did before. Now it's starting to ache and have piercing pain like it did back in my younger days. Sooooo probably here soon I need to go to the doctor to see what's wrong with it or just quit exercise in general. I swear when something aches on your body while you exercise it takes away like 50% of your stamina...or for me at least.

I try to, strength exercise and practicing material arts. I would like to get into jogging but I hate it haha
