UMMMMMMMMMMMMM, If you had a good workout regiment and a healthy diet you'd actually get a grip load of energy from working out. Especially in the morning. Just had to chime in since that is such an hilarious reason.

I try to do push-ups everyday, I have the perfect push-ups that swivel and there pretty fun but they can make you tired quicker too!

Yeah I regularly run 3 miles every week and lift weights every other day. It feels too good to not do it.

I try to exercise every day but there are days where I'm just too busy and don't have the time. So I mostly exercise every other day.
I used to jog a lot but during the summer I like to swim, bike, and go to the gym.

sometimes i go weeks without doing anything, and sometimes i'll do 200+ press ups & sit ups in a day, though i almost always do at least an hour of martial arts a day, usually with weapons or working a bag , but i rarely ever jog... i hate jogging >_<

I'm a runner and a cyclist. I usually do 20+ mile bike rides everyday and I used to run cross country and track in middle and high school. Got my 5k down to 16:50 and my half marathon down to 1:19:00 when I was running frequently.

I do like 30 min or so walks every now and again, but I am pretty badly out of shape and want to get in shape, its just that first push of "I need to so this more" that I need to get over.

I'm going through P90X2 right now, which is 5 days a week. On my off & yoga days I try to swim.
