I used to a lot. like a lot a lot. In Highschool I would lift weights for nearly two hours a day and would run between 12 and 18 miles three or four times a week. I had a very relaxed schedule with my classes so I had plenty of time for it, and I loved it. College however is a different story. My courses are significantly more challenging and I have a lot less time between class and work to work out. I still do an occasional jog, but nowhere near what I used to.

20 Crunches, Jumping Jacks, Push-ups and Toe Touches a day keeps me rather slimmed over the summer.

I lift weights 6 days a week. I used to be really really out of shape but, ahem, shaped up and lost 60lbs last fall so I'm trying to be diligent as I obviously don't want to gain it back

I really should do some more cardio, I keep skimping on it since I get so burnt out staring at a wall while running on my treadmill. But I guess no pain no gain

yup i do i try to eat healthy to. i do 20 reps. morning and night each day of of leg presses , burpees, squats, alternate squats, sumo squats , push ups, 60 sec plank (weights different. arm work outs) bicycle ab work outs. and from there i usually go to the gym when i have time that rest of the day .

I work out irregularly. When you have a job that involves lifting 5-60lbs over and over again along with a lot of walking and pulling stuff behind you (similar to pulling a tire football practice) then you go home feeling like you got paid to work out all day anyway. Don't really go to the gym because it seems like a waste of money.

Exercising has become a habit for me, so I don't laze around as much anymore. I definetly have to stay in shape to stay competitive in kendo so as much as I don't mind it anymore, its not like I have a choice haha

Nope. I just walk long distances every now and again. If I can find a full body workout that I know will do the trick, I'll start. My diet is pretty on point now, so it would be a good opportunity.

I just signed up for a half-marathon, so yes I am running regularly 3 times a week now. I also play soccer once a week, wakeboard as often as I can during the summer (0-2 times a week), and I often swim once a week. When I'm not wakeboarding I'll usually do a couple upper-body type workouts a week consisting of things like push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, and rowing with resistance bands.

I started taking a martial arts class so that counts as an hour of exercise at least 3 times a week.

I exercise 4-5 days a week. My diet could be worse, and it could be better.
